Seela Suwa Arana (Healthcare Monastery) was established in 2005 by Venerable Galigamuwe Gnanadeepa Thero with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure that no one suffers from illness due to lack of money.
Inspired by the Buddha's teachings on compassion and service, we provide completely free medical care to anyone who needs it - no paperwork, no proof of income, no questions asked. We trust in human kindness and work on the principle that healthcare is a basic human right.

How to Get Free Healthcare
It's simple - just follow these steps
Come to the Healthcare Monastery any day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No appointment needed - it's walk-in service.
If you have previous medical reports, prescriptions, or test results, please bring them. This helps our doctors understand your condition better.
Get the medicines you need completely free. For chronic conditions, we provide monthly supply so you can continue treatment.
Our doctors and healthcare volunteers will assess your condition and provide proper medical advice. Tell them honestly about your symptoms.
Come back for regular checkups and medicine refills. Our team will monitor your progress and adjust treatment as needed.
